This lady vampire has quite a lot of history.

For years now, every autumn when the leaves in trees turn color and the winds and rains come, so does she. At first she appeared in little doodles on the corners of papers. Then she started turning into quick sketches. Finally in 2007 she became a full out drawing.

I actually don't know anything about her, no name, no nothing. Just a figure standing in a very corny pose and setting. And still I like her because she gives a sence of continuity. Sort of.

I enjoyed other pictures too. Expecially "moon wings" for the beautiful stipling and "Hearts of Men" for the original idea. This one just grapped my attention first. 2

The colours are beautiful! Lover her hair too(:

Kudo’s on the gate! It’s hard to draw straight lines, in my experience. Kudo’s also on the female - she’s a perfect vampire, alluring, yet mildly alarming.

:-) Anitta Hiekkanen replies: "Yep, straight lines kill me too. That’s why I cheat and use a ruler =)"

:-) Anitta Hiekkanen replies: "Thank you =)"

Very mysterious! The background makes this picture for me, it’s very nicely pulled off and so sets the mood right away! And who cares if it’s a corny setting, corny is corny for a reason 1 Usually because people like it, haha.

:-) Anitta Hiekkanen replies: "Backgrounds are my weak point (usually don’t have ’em), therefore I’m really happy you like it 2 And I think your words were those of wisdom 1 why else would every other person do the same thing... =)"

Where’s the number?
I wonder if it is hidden ... now that is a mystery!
Great work.
But eventually you will have to crack about the number thing or people will go insane!

Really nice work! I like how you covered her eyes because it makes her look more mysterious.

very mysterious and everything works together very nicely

:-) Anitta Hiekkanen replies: "Thank you. It was one of those quickies where everything just clicks."

i love this so much - the style, the colours, the pose...just everything seems to be right.

:-) Anitta Hiekkanen replies: "Umm... I don’t think I have an answer for that praise... thanks?"
