You said you do "...a lot of old-fashioned hard manual labour and almost no thinking involved.The good thing about that is I can multi-task all day long..." - For me it is the other way around! I work fulltime as a file clerk, and then do Hard Manual Labour when I get home! I have to work in my wife’s restaurant on nights and weekends, whenever they are shorthanded.

During Christmas and New Years I worked all day, every day, for practically two weeks, especially since C & N fell on Sundays, which means two extra statutory days. Most "Christian" restaurants were also closed, which meant we were packed with customers.

"...I can multi-task..." - Me too! I have to do the hottest work - the boiling and steaming, because if an employee gets heat stroke he could sue us, so Sugar makes me do it! If I get heat stroke they take me downstairs and lay me on the cool basement floor for a couple hours.

I also have to chop vegetables, and take out the trash, which is very dangerous, because the alley in the back is full of two-legged and four-legged Rats. I have to hold the garbage bins with both hands, so I carry a butcher knife in my teeth.

And Sugar does not pay me. She and Spice work as hostesses, while I am locked in the kitchen.

They chain me to a steel table leg, so I cannot drink, or flirt with the customers.
